The founders of dotfun all met many years ago in Austin, Texas. Each following a different path in the digital world.

The accumulation of years of software development, B2B marketing, and branding + design experience led to a fateful moment. Alvin, David, and Perl realized they could cover a growing business’ needs from all angles.

CEO and growth engine behind dotfun: 13+ years building high-performing teams and helping tech companies scale to successful exits. I lead Feel Good, our growth marketing, turning strategy and data into measurable revenue. Off the clock: mountains, Burning Man camps, the next adventure.

Two decades streamlining business operations: I make processes run like clockwork so you can focus on what you do best. I bring my yoga teaching (500-RYT) into a technical world, meeting you where you are first. Questions about AI or anything technical? I've got you.

West Texas desert kid, Austin for a decade, making art since I could hold a pencil. I found design by branding my own kombucha microbrewery and never left. At dotfun I lead two client accounts end to end: campaigns, icon systems, web, social.

Builder and facilitator at heart, happiest bringing people together and turning ideas into experiences. A decade of custom fabrication before dotfun; now I lead growth across AI Solutions, Iris and dotfun Growth. Off the clock: dancing, music, the woodshop, a fire.

Digital Marketing Manager

Paid media and SEO, run on numbers. I manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels — architecture, audiences, budgets, tracking — and audit them until the data says growth. Eight years in, and I still check the pixels myself.

ABM & Email Marketing Lead

I lead account-based marketing and email for our clients, from segmentation and messaging through send management and optimization, with paid and SEO when needed. Off the clock: climbing, hiking and ultimate frisbee around the PNW.

Graphic Designer

I'm a creative designer who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful visual experiences. I'm passionate about thoughtful design, solving creative challenges, and creating work that is both visually engaging and purposeful.

Daniel

Engineering Lead, Iris

I'm a full-stack developer and systems builder based in Austin, with a background in computer science and physics. I like taking messy, complicated problems and turning them into tools people can actually use. Most of my work lives where product, engineering, security, and operations overlap, so I'm usually thinking about the whole system rather than one layer at a time. Outside of software, I've managed large construction projects in the Black Rock Desert, which may explain why I'm comfortable building under pressure with limited resources.

Austin's finest New Yorker. Writer, filmmaker and photographer. I've made big campaigns for Coca-Cola and Volkswagen, but I'm prouder of the artwork that ran in Thrasher. At dotfun I oversee the studio's voice and the creative brief behind every client video. blink-182, Jackass, Jay & Silent Bob.
